First, try to use sealant, and paint can be used instead if necessary to achieve the ideal sealing effect;
Second, carefully check the appearance quality of rubber seals before assembly; use special tools to press fit to avoid knocking and deformation;
Third, add lubricating grease according to regulations, and regularly clean and clear the vents and one-way valves;
Fourth, assemble under extremely clean conditions, and there should be no bumps, scratches, burrs and other attachments on the working surface of the parts;
Fifth, strictly follow the operating procedures, and the seals should be installed correctly to prevent deformation due to incompleteness;
Sixth, master the performance specifications and use requirements of the seals, and replace failed parts in time;
Seventh, for thin-walled parts such as side covers, use sheet metal cold work correction; easily worn shaft hole parts can use metal spraying, welding, gluing, machining and other processes to achieve the original factory size;
Eighth, the nut should be repaired or replaced with a new part if it is threaded, broken, or loose, and tightened to the specified torque.
