1. Check whether the trademarks and logos are complete. The outer packaging of authentic products is of good quality, with clear handwriting and bright overprinting colors on the packaging box. The packaging box and bag should be marked with the product name, specification model, quantity, registered trademark, factory name, address and telephone number, etc. Some manufacturers also put their own marks on the accessories. Some important parts such as generators, distributors, injection pumps, etc. are also equipped with instruction manuals, certificates of conformity and inspector seals to guide users to use and maintain them correctly. You should carefully identify them when purchasing to prevent buying counterfeit and shoddy products.

2. Check whether the geometric dimensions are deformed. Some parts are prone to deformation due to improper manufacturing, transportation and storage. When checking, you can roll the shaft parts along the glass plate to see if there is any light leakage at the joint between the parts and the glass plate to determine whether they are bent; when purchasing the clutch driven plate steel plate or friction plate, you can hold the steel plate and friction plate in front of your eyes to observe whether they are warped; when purchasing oil seals, the end face of the oil seal with a skeleton should be a perfect circle, which can be fitted with the flat glass without deflection; the outer edge of the oil seal without a skeleton should be straight, and it should be deformed by holding it with your hand and it should be able to return to its original shape after letting go. When purchasing various types of gaskets, you should also pay attention to checking the geometric dimensions and shapes.

3. Check whether the joint is flat. During the transportation and storage of spare parts, due to vibration and bumps, burrs, indentations, breakages or cracks often occur at the joints, affecting the use of parts. Pay attention to inspection when purchasing.

4. Check whether the surface of the parts is rusted. The surface of qualified spare parts has both a certain degree of precision and a bright finish. The more important the spare parts, the higher the precision, and the stricter the packaging anti-rust and anti-corrosion. When purchasing, you should pay attention to inspection. If you find that the parts have rust spots, mildew spots, or the rubber parts are cracked and lose elasticity, or there are obvious turning tool lines on the surface of the journal, they should be replaced.

5. Check whether the protective surface is intact. Most parts are coated with a protective layer when they leave the factory. For example, the piston pin and bearing are protected with paraffin; the piston ring and cylinder liner are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with packaging paper; the valve, piston, etc. are soaked in anti-rust oil and packaged in plastic bags. If you find that the sealing sleeve is damaged, the packaging paper is lost, and the anti-rust oil or paraffin is lost when purchasing, it should be returned.

6. Check whether the glued parts are loose. Accessories composed of two or more parts are pressed, glued or welded, and no looseness is allowed between them. For example, the oil pump plunger and the adjusting arm are pressed together; the clutch driven wheel and the steel sheet are riveted, and the friction plate and the steel sheet are riveted or glued; the paper filter element frame and the filter paper are glued; the wire ends of electrical equipment are welded. If looseness is found during purchase, it should be replaced.

7. Check whether the rotating parts are flexible. When purchasing rotating parts such as oil pumps, turn the pump shaft by hand, and it should feel flexible and without sticking; when purchasing rolling bearings, support the inner ring of the bearing with one hand and turn the outer ring with the other hand. The outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely, and then gradually stop. If the rotating parts do not rotate well, it means that the internal rust or deformation occurs, so do not buy it.

8. Check whether there are any missing parts in the assembly. Regular assembly parts must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. If some small parts on some assembly parts are missing, the assembly parts will not work or even be scrapped.
