Mercedes-Benz launched the all-electric long-wheelbase C-Class tailored for the Chinese market. Built on Mercedes-Benz's native MB.EA electric architecture and 800V high-voltage platform instead of converted fuel vehicle platforms, it reflects the brand's strategy to accelerate the layout in China's new energy vehicle market.
Body Dimensions & Space Performance
The maximum vehicle length is 4990mm, width 1876mm and minimum height 1493mm. The wheelbase is extended by 89mm to 3051mm, delivering ample rear legroom. With short front and rear overhangs, it features a coupe-like proportion and balances body size and parking flexibility against rivals.
Exterior Design & Optional Packages
It adopts the electric family's shield-shaped illuminated grille and three-pointed star headlights. The Chinese version adds chrome trims for a more business-oriented look. Equipped with hidden door handles, through-type taillights and four round lamp units. Sport kits, all-black exterior trim and various wheel styles are optional, and a front trunk is retained.
Powertrain Specifications
Badged as 350 4MATIC, it is equipped with a front and rear dual-motor 4WD system co-developed by Mercedes-Benz and Bosch. The front motor delivers 163kW peak power and the rear motor 300kW, with a combined output of 463kW, outperforming the overseas version and AMG C 63.
Battery & Chassis Setup
Powered by ternary lithium batteries supplied by CATL with a larger capacity than the 94kWh version overseas. The curb weight is 2405kg. Rear-wheel steering and air suspension are not standard across all trims, which is related to configuration differentiation.
Tire Specifications
Two wheel sizes (19-inch and 20-inch) are available with staggered tire layout. The front tire size is 235 and the rear is 255, balancing driving stability and road grip.
